Qlucore Omics Explorer is the user-friendly analysis software that enables biologists and bioinformaticians to get more out of any multi Omics and NGS data set. It is extremely fast and allows you to work interactively in a large variety of plots, like PCA, heatmaps, t-SNE, UMAP, volcano, bar plots, box plots and many more.

The program supports a wide range of data such as transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics or genomics. The program can be used locally on Mac or Windows computers or as a Cloud service via a regular Browser.

Qlucore is referenced in more than 1000 peer reviewed articles and used by many well known scientists and universities.
