"The new functionality in Qlucore Omics Explorer 3.0 has really made my data analysis easier"

Ann-Sofie Albrekt, PhD, Lund, University, Sweden

Users of the new version 3.0 tell us that the new functionality is helping them in many ways.

Examples of the new functionality include:

It's now just as easy to work with digital gene expression as it is with array based data. The direct import of RNA-seq data for digital gene expression is an important new feature in version 3.0. Spend your time performing the experiment and analysis instead of spending time working in various tools environments.

Save time and achieve results faster by being able to analyze your experiment in a biological context in an integrated environment. Using the integrated Gene Set Enrichment Analysis workbench (GSEA) and the Gene Ontology (GO) browser, users can analyze their experiments in a biological context in Qlucore Omics Explorer. This is a big benefit of version 3.0 compared to the previous version. Using publicly available information regarding, for instance, pathways it's possible to learn more about an experiment with only a few mouse clicks.

Zooming in on the relevant parts of your experiment has never been easier. The new variable list interface with options such as 'color all variables according to this list and only include variables from this' in the analysis makes it so much easier to work with subgroups of the data.
