Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Import, pre-process and analyze Proteomics data
Proteomics data—for example from LC-MS—is often provided as CSV or TXT files generated by an instrument software. In this webinar, we demonstrate how to use the Qlucore Import Wizard, which supports both unnormalized and normalized data. You can pre-process your dataset by handling empty cells, applying prefiltering, performing transformations such as offsetting data or applying thresholds and applying Quantile Normalization. Once the data is prepared, you can take advantage of the inbuilt statistical tests and visualization tools in Qlucore Omics Explorer to analyze and explore your proteomics data with confidence.
Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Basic Training
Free online hands-on training. Learn how to easily analyze your experiment data yourself. This is an introduction to how you can explore and analyze experimental data using a highly visual and interactive tool in several hands-on exercises. You will do exercises on visualization of data in PCA plots and Heatmaps, run a statistical test to find discriminating variables, and learn how to explore a dataset to find interesting clusters. You do not need any previous experience with the program. No programming is needed. Course material and a training license will be sent out prior to the course.
Webinar: Qlucore Insights. Advanced Molecular Analysis of Bladder Tumors
Bladder cancer impacts about half a million people each year. Despite advancements, treatment options remain limited. Discover how Qlucore Insights (RUO) can support risk assessment of bladder tumors through expression profiling and gene fusion detection using RNA-seq data from standard lab workflows. This session provides a comprehensive introduction to Qlucore Insights, including a live demonstration of the Bladder Test. Attendees will gain insight into how the solution works, how results are presented, and how it can be integrated into existing laboratory workflows.
Webinar: Qlucore Omics Explorer. Multi-omics data analysis combining transcriptomics and proteomics data
In this webinar, we will combine transcriptomics and proteomics data and demonstrate how you can quickly identify correlations between genes and proteins. We will create a correlation matrix and show how you can use the powerful Qlucore Biomarker Workbench to easily calculate correlation values and the significance of the correlation. Multi-omics data analysis approaches enable a better understanding of the system under study.
Webinar: Qlucore Insights. A New Approach to Lung Tissue of Origin Identification
Identifying the tissue of origin in lung cancer samples can be both challenging and costly, especially when relying on traditional diagnostic methods. Qlucore Insights (RUO) with the Lung Model offers a new approach by enabling a streamlined FFPE and standard RNA seq–based workflow for classifying samples into 19 clinically relevant subgroups. This powerful tool can support pathologists and researchers in determining the tissue of origin for metastases found in the lung. In addition to tissue of origin classification, the webinar will also introduce the platform’s capabilities for molecular classification and gene fusion detection—key components in modern cancer analysis pipelines. This session provides a comprehensive introduction to Qlucore Insights, including a live demonstration of the Lung Test. Attendees will gain insight into how the solution works, how results are presented, and how it can be integrated into existing laboratory workflows.
Webinar: Qlucore Diagnostics. CE‑Marked Test for Improved Leukemia Classification
The new Qlucore Diagnostics CE-marked test (IVDR) leverages AI-driven machine learning to expand patient coverage by up to 7% in pediatric leukemia. The Qlucore Diagnostics BCP ALL test provides Gene expression subtype classification as well as Gene fusion analysis support using RNA-seq data from standard lab workflows. This integrated approach enhances diagnostics and supports clinicians in tailoring treatment strategies. This webinar is an introduction to Qlucore Diagnostics BCP-ALL.
