Supported data types

Qlucore Gene Expression Explorer works with the following types of data:

  • Gene expression data
  • Micro RNA data
  • Protein array data
  • Image analysis data
  • Any data set of multivariate data of sizes up to 1000 samples and 100,000 variables

 

 

 

 

 

The data is based on the following test cases. All tests are done a data set of 132 x 22182. The computer used is a laptop with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor T7300 with speed 1,6 GHz.

Generate PCA plot for full data set
Case 2 
Filter variables based on variance until 4000 variables remains
Case 3Selection of variables using ANOVA (until 300 variables remains). Including updated plot
Case 4Updated PCA plot after deselecting a group of samples
