Performance Short bars are better Blue bar is Qlucore Omics Explorer Red bar is other software solution	The data is based on the following test cases. All tests are done a data set of 132 x 22182. The computer used is a laptop with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor T7300 with speed 1,6 GHz.
	Case 1	Generate PCA plot for full data set
	Case 2	Filter variables based on variance until 4000 variables remains
	Case 3	Selection of variables using ANOVA (until 300 variables remains). Including updated plot
	Case 4	Updated PCA plot after deselecting a group of samples
	Case 5	Finding all variables correlated to one selected variable (16,000 active variables)
