Disease areas

Qlucore Omics Explorer is a flexible and scalable tool that can be used for many different data types and analysis approaches. To give the users hints and ideas we have created a set of documents called Application notes. They include a brief analysis of a data set. The data sets are selected to match the disease area. Currently are 5 application notes available for download. Three of them cover desease areas and are found here. Two cover more generic data anlysis and are found on the documentation page.
